So I was hoping a better resolution from the business so they then offered me $60 store credit on my next purchase but what I understood is that they would still shipped the bases + $60 store credit which is fair to me due to the inconvenience! Now Im trying to reach them back and no response from the business. My husband told me that he could buy tools and everything to sand them by himself! That means EXTRA MONEY AND EXTRA WORK! Because they are very sharp but also we decided to contact the business due to the issue because is the responsibility of them to sand all of their products and make sure they are 100% safe for their customers. You can cut yourself with those bases because they are not sanded so they are very sharp on all the edges and on the hangers.
